i cudnt last another minute

today has been an exhaustingly looooong day.
i'm probably exaggerating,
but i am indeed, exhausted.

only today that i managed to get a case.
only got the chance to do the history taking tho.
heh, i went to see her at a bad time i suppose. i mean, she was sleeping for god sake!
but she's kind enough to answer my questions.
i'll have to go and examine her next time. ideally tomorrow. but that is unlikely.
as we have clinical pathological conferencing in royal h. at 3pm. which means.. i have to rush back from ulster h. to royal h. after cardiology teaching tomorrow. i did a bit of reading of the topic just now, and my eyes were all watery.ngantok!

and only now i feel the pressure of getting that freakin case report done

but hmmm, lets worry about that tomorrow. like i said, i cudnt last another minute. not today anyway. i need sleep.badly.
