anyhooo,, it's been two days already since i left paris. and we truly have a blast the whole four days spent there....
day one, apr 1st
we headed to dublin airport at 3.oo in the morning, my eyes were barely open. but once we got on bus, everyone were so excited that we barely sat still. it's about noon when we reached the hotel. and the challenge began. wait, it began way before we board the metro. once we reached the metro station, we had no idea where to go. and we were desperately looking at the map that we brought and the map on the wall as well. one guy approached us and heh, it turns out, the map on the wall was for bus route. no wonder we couldnt find the place.haha. and the coolest thing is die bole cakap melayu! i was amazed and heh, proud as well, having to encounter that kind of thing myself. once we reached the hotel, just when we thought that our room was ready, as we were settling down..there was a knock on the door. and the housekeeper came in. he started to speak in french. we were so clueless, not sure what he wanted.he showed us the door.so, we thought he wanted us out. aih. rupa2nye, he wanted to do housekeeping.. ish,ish. we started exploring the city of paris right after. the first stop is the Louvre. as it was the first weekend of the month, we got to enter the musee for free. the crowd was definitely a huge one that i was actually afraid that i got separated from the group. as for the first day, we covered the musee de louvre, champs elysee street,arc de triumph, and seeing the eiffel tower at night.
day two, apr 2nd
second day was spent with more sightseeing. went to la defense in the morning with more pictures to be taken. then off to rambuteau for quick lunch and souvenir shopping. heh, the place sound like rambutan kan? haha.
day three, apr 3rd.
disneyland!! heeee, was so excited. we definitely look like 4 year old kids stuck in a body of twenty++ year-old. the first ride we took was the space mountain. haih, first ride pon rase nk luruh dah jantung. bai even got her finger cut as zilal was holding her hand way too tightly. we got into all the thrill rides. and i couldnt believe i rode them all.i have all sort of phobias imaginable-height, dark,water and yet i got into all of them.woohhoo..it was so thrilling. the second ride took us almost an hour queuing and the ride didnt last more than five minutes. but heh it was worth it. and on our way home, i noticed that everyone were walking differently. our feet were killing us. haha.
day four, apr 4th.
our last day. we packed our things,all ready to check out. phew, it's a relief really to get out of the hotel. did i mentioned that we shared our room with a GUY!? euw,euw,euw.. and on the first day nadiah literally slept on top of him.haha. went to eiffel tower and i was thinking to climp up the tower at first, but seeing the long queue, i decided not to. i had enough of waiting yesterday in the disneyland. so, no more. besides, it was very very windy today that i rather not take any chances.paranoid? haha.u bet!
and have i mentioned how beautiful paris is?? i so love,love it!
